Welcome to JECRC Anonymous Confessions. By submitting a confession or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. User Conduct and Content Rules
This is a platform for sharing experiences, thoughts, and feelings. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you agree not to submit content that:
- Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or bullying directed at any individual or group.
- Includes personally identifiable information (e.g., full names, phone numbers, addresses, social media profiles) of yourself or others.
- Promotes or depicts illegal activities, self-harm, or violence.
- Is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or pornographic.
- Is intended as spam, advertising, or self-promotion.
- Infringes on any third-party's intellectual property rights.
2. Anonymity and Privacy
While we provide a platform for anonymous submissions, we cannot guarantee absolute anonymity. We do not log identifying information like IP addresses for standard submissions, but we urge you to be cautious and not share information that could inadvertently reveal your or someone else's identity.
3. Content Moderation
All submissions are subject to review by our moderation team. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to reject, edit, or remove any submission that violates these terms or our community guidelines, without notice. The decision of our moderators is final.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The views and opinions expressed in the confessions are those of the anonymous authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the JECRC Anonymous Confessions administrators. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of any information posted on our platform.
5. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
